| A website that is properly designed is a pleasure to visit. There is no confusion on how to navigate from page to page, nor is there any unnecessary clutter on any of the pages. If the website is for business, clutter and confusion can easily scare away potential customers. People don't want waste time trying to figure out how to navigate a poorly designed website. |
